This week's question is a hot topic....Politician's

What do you think the republicans game plan is for choosing Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as John McCain's running mate for Vice President. What do you think about the choice?

Her daughter is not running the country, her daughter like all of the past presidents and current have made major decision blunders. Before we point fingers we had look at Pastors daughers and sons and then we can see what kind of spiritual attack she is under. She is against same sex marriage, she is against abortion and she takes good care of the people of Alaska.

Obama obviously has pretty good character or he would not even be where he is as a Black man. But his moral values and beliefs are contrary to the Bible and I cannot support his positions on same sex marriage or abortion and his liberal position on our enemies.

I think that the Republicans are trying to sway the democratic women who want to see a woman in office period. even Hillary ask the question at the convention do you want to simply see a woman in office (paraphrase)

I like what pastor Ed had to say however I wonder if our job as believers is to concern ourselves with the world system which according to Gods word will get worse or is it our job to simply to go out to all nations preaching and teaching the gospel. I just wonder where our focus should be on changing the world or spreading the gospel.....

I think it is an appalling choice. She is the most inexperienced candidate for (Vice) President in modern American history. She served as Mayor of a town of 8,500, and Governor of two years of a State of 700,000. This is 30% the size of Los Angeles, and who think Antonio Villaraigosa is ready to be President? They are trying to fire up their base, who doesn't really like McCain anyhow. The idea that she has "more executive experience" and that she is a "reofrmer" is bogus. Obama has ran as a huge operation that toppled the Clintons over the same time that she's been Governor. Reformer? She SOLD A STATE AIRPLANE! I don't consider hiring a VP who is under investigation fro firing a State trooper as change we need. ALso, she's against abortion in cases of rape. This is an extreme position, whether you are pro or anti abortion. She's a terrible pick. McCain could have picked a qualifed woman.

Well I really think that McCain is using the gender card, we are witnessing history in that a black man has gotten so far in the run for president and that so many people support him in his efforts, however even though Obama has good visions for the country I don't agree with all of his positions, I also and against same sex marriage and abortion. However I feel he has good intensions for the people. I also LOOK TO GOD FOR MY WELL BEING, for God said "ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD AND ARE CALLED FOR HIS PURPOSE" Romans 28:8. So as for me I KEEP MY HEAD TO THE SKY AND LOOK TO JESUS WHO IS A FRIEND THAT STICKS CLOSER THAN A BROTHER....Amen...

Hello everyone I know I have not been able to talk to my sista girls in a while. I must say Senator Mccain is crafty and he is paying attention to the chest game and made a wise move. But here is the problem and I know some may not agree. What does the bible say and that's where we always get it twisted we put a little of GODS word with a little of our word and there you have it a big ole mess. If it does not line up with GODS word, seems tricky or confusing 10 times out of 10 it's not GOD he does not play games. I almost hate to say it but we as women often feel we have to prove something, the bible tells us our place, sorry ladies. As far as Obamas views on gay marriage and abortion I don't think he is for it I believe he is saying the choice should not weigh on his shoulder that is a personal choice, right or wrong. That's what GOD meant by free will, he did say that right. I am responsible for my choices and he in my opinion is just saying you make your own choice in your personal life right or wrong and you be judged for it not me. In retrospect I do believe we should share the word with others and show them scriptures that back up the word, but at the end of the day the choice is yours.
