How is He Doing?

The evaluation's haven't stop coming from the republic party. Rush Limbaugh and the likes continue to make him a topic. I ask you what do you think about President Barack Obama?

To be honest I really feel that it is the word of God that we should be following not man because the word will manifest no matter who is in the white house.

I am really pushing for the health reform, why should some people be privileged to have the best health care some many not? it should be free if other countries can do why not the big bad U.S.

But if your question refers to Mr Obama, the strong sentiments of the individuals who awarded the Nobel prize should be considered.
A year ago,
- the world was teetering above the bottomless pit of a great recession and possibly a worldwide depression, with countries falling into it like dominoes.
- the Muslim and Arab world was offended at American bullying, arrogance and the former president's demeaning sense toward others.

Mr Obama took steps, and though he was and is criticized, we apparantly are officially out of recession.
Instead of demonizing and/or writing off the muslim and arab world, Mr. Obama spoke directly to them, and even in disagreement,
he spoke with respect to the humanity and dignity of this great segment of the world.

In the face of this, he has been attacked by a party bankrupt of creative ideas...who seem to have engaged fringe elements to do their dirty work.
These are the same selfish, greedy people who demonize the poor and consider some as unworthy chattel, but will not accept responsibility for our present issues THEY created, and this man is helping us solve.

So if you are asking if I think Mr. Obama is doing a good job, though I would disagree with him strongly regarding abortion and homosexual agenda, aside from that, this guy is a smart, articulate leader. He is protecting and working to lift up the poorer and weaker among us. He encouraged all to prepare by education and to work hard to advance. He spoke directly to the young to include them as important to the nation's future.

Good job? I think he's doing a phenominal job.

I FULLY AGREE WITH Anonymous..I trust Gods word Proverbs chp 3 vs 5 says Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. vs 6 In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. So my trust is not in man anymore. Romans chp 8 vs 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. WHO WILL YOU BELIEVE?

Anonymous made a point I think I understand, that it is God above all others we follow. Men, whether kings or presidents, prime ministers or premiers, are not Supreme. God is, and we follow Him above every other.

But I would remind any who may think the person does not matter, Proverbs 29:2 says,
When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice;
But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.

Here a a couple others to consider,
Proverbs 14:34
Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people.
Ecclesiastes 4:1
Then I returned and considered all the oppression that is done under the sun: And look! The tears of the oppressed, But they have no comforter — On the side of their oppressors there is power, But they have no comforter.
There was and is very good reason for us to pray, and we should do this no matter who is in office, or where, as Paul instructed young Timothy, 1 Timothy 2:1-5,8
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth…I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;

Mr. G.W. Bush NEEDED our prayers and we prayed for him, didn’t we?
How much MORE should we pray for Mr. Obama?

Let us pray, Sisters and Brothers, and not just talk about it.
So, will you pray with me?

May God bless, lead and guide, inspire, direct and instruct Mr. Obama, and give him wisdom, divine illumination, a humble heart, a listening ear, a teachable spirit. Put a garrison of heavily armed angels all around him to protect him and his. Put godly and wise counselors around him. Give Mr Obama (and all of us) to love the Lord wholeheartedly, unwaveringly, and to exalt the truth without flinching or shame. Keep him from the snares and weapons of moral decay, spiritual corruption and everything that leads to destruction, even the ways that seem right at the moment. Though he is in politics and is not the president of Christians, only, let Mr. Obama see Divine detour signs, send him help from above and lead him in the way of the Lord for America. May the Lord give Him peace in his heart and home.

The word Barack (Barak) speaks of blessing in a number of tongues.
May God bless America, forgive us our sins, and continue to show us His mercies and favor. Cause us to be a blessing and a light in this world, that in our power and prosperity, we remember to serve and lift up others, of every nation tribe and tongue.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
